These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Data Tradies website at datatradies.co.nz, including the free tools and resources we publish, and your enquiries about our services. Please read them carefully. By using our website, you agree to these Terms.

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Boschveld Limited, trading as Data Tradies, a company registered in New Zealand and based in Auckland. "You" means anyone who uses our website.

3. Free tools and resources

We publish free tools, templates and resources (such as our date-dimension datasets and our Microsoft Fabric compute advisor). Where a tool or file is offered under an open-source or other licence — for example, on our GitHub — that licence governs your use of it, and this section applies in addition to it.

Prices shown on this website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Whether a price is inclusive or exclusive of GST will be confirmed in your quote or Statement of Work.

If you are a consumer, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 give you rights and guarantees that these Terms do not limit or exclude.
